• Providing tailored academic support across a wide variety of subjects for students ranging from 1st to 12th grade, as well as foundational university-level courses.

Automated Performance Tracking & Process Optimization

To optimize my tutoring workflow and accurately track student progress, I developed a custom tracking application within Excel using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).

• Process Automation: Engineered macros to automate repetitive data entry and dynamically calculate grade improvements specifically adapted to the German grading system (1,0 to 6,0).
• Dynamic UI & Formatting: Programmed a script that automatically applies professional styling, zebra-striping, and conditional formatting to highlight significant academic milestones (e.g., improvements of a full grade point).
• Technical Implementation: Utilized dynamic range detection (End(xlUp)) and interactive InputBox prompts to create a seamless, software-like user experience that scales automatically as new students are added.
